All Refunds are issued at the discretion of the event organisers. Partial or Full refunds will be issued if the Fyfield 5K is cancelled by 1st Moreton and Fyfield Scout Group. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances out of the control of 1st Moreton and Fyfield Scout Group the Group will look at resolving the situation to the best of our ability, this may include refunds, partial or full. If the event is postponed 1st Moreton and Fyfield Scout Group will allow the transfer forwards of event registrations, and if applicable may issue refunds. Refunds cannot be given if doing so would detrimentally affect the financial standings of the charity.
